Nothing beyond the strictly necessary cookies runs before you choose. Analytics cookies are blocked until you click "Accept all," and no analytics cookie is set for a visitor who rejects, closes the banner, or never responds.
You can change your mind at any time using the control. If you reject after previously accepting, we turn analytics off and delete the analytics cookies already on your device. Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again.
We also honor opt-out preference signals. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, analytics stays off even if a stored preference says otherwise.

In addition to cookies, we use browser local storage to save your dashboard preferences (widget order, collapsed sections, dismissed alerts) and your cookie choice on your device. This data is not sent to our servers and can be cleared by clearing your browser data.
